Philanthropy

Hearty Burritos was founded in February 2019 in Grand Bahama, Bahamas, by Shanea after she realized that many persons in her community lacked food. She describes Hearty Burritos as love and service and action. Her mission is to spread the love of God by serving the community and others.

Every month, Hearty Burritos goes out into the community and serves residents "Hearty Meals". Hearty Meals include a Hearty Burrito, a healthy snack, fruit, and drink. Several times per year, Hearty Burritos host Giveback Events in the community to supply those in need with groceries, clothes, and other necessities.

Since beginning in February, Hearty Burritos have served over 200 Hearty Burritos throughout the community of Grand Bahama and have made local news for its philanthropic efforts.
